We offer a free phone consultation to discuss your specific web design needs and preferences.

During our consultation, we may discuss some of the following items

• Any design preferences or ideas that you already have in mind, such as colors, layout, fonts, imagery, visual feel of your site, etc.

• Content that you plan to incorporate or use on your site, such as logo, specific copy, images, graphics, page titles, web forms, online sales, etc.

• Any specific timeline goals for project completion.

• Your level of interest in creating a site that you can maintain and edit yourself once it is live.

• Any specific technology that will need to be presented on your site. Examples of these types of site technology are streaming video, audio, slideshow, photo gallery, social networking feed, online sales, community forum, online chat feature, online scheduling and payment integrated online forms.

• Anticipated size and scope of your web site.

After our consultation and upon your request, we will provide you a written estimate via email within 2-3 business days.

If you decide that you would like to work with us, we will draft a basic service agreement and ask that you read, sign and return it to us with a retainer fee (usually 50% of total estimated design fee). The remaining 50% balance will be due upon web site project completion, unless specified otherwise.

For full web site design services, the following items need to be provided by client (unless specified otherwise)

• Web page titles for site pages.

• All content for web pages [text, image (owned or stock imagery), and video].

• Business or professional logo, if desired.

• Social media URL or web addresses.

• Desired site web address.
