General costs associated with building and keeping a web site with TillSey Web Design:
✓ Initial one-time expense: The design fee
✓ Recurring (annual) expense: Web site hosting and domain name (web address) registration
✓ Paid on an ongoing basis: Maintenance or site updates after site is live

Design Fee

A general design fee structure is provided below. The final design fee is based upon the overall size and scope of your site (e.g. number of site pages, quantity of site content) as well as any advanced features or technologies needed, such as online scheduling, eCommerce, online forms, video streaming, etc.

• $750 1-3 page site

• $1000 4-5 page site

• $1250+ 6+ pages site

• Additional design fees may apply for specific site technologies, such as streaming video, audio, slideshow, online appointment scheduling, online sales/e-Commerce, photo gallery, social networking feed(s), online chat feature and payment integrated online forms.

Recurring (Annual) Fee

Site hosting and domain name (web address) registration costs are in addition to the one-time design fee. We utilize the industry award-winning SquareSpace web platform for all client sites, where the estimated annual (recurring) cost of web site hosting and domain name registration is approximately $250 - 350 per year (paid by client directly to SquareSpace) depending upon specific website needs.

Ongoing Site Maintenance and Update Fees

TillSey Web Design is happy to provide ongoing site maintenance and update services to all clients, paid on an hourly rate basis ($150/hour). However, SquareSpace is considered to be a user-friendly platform, which affords motivated and budget-conscious clients the option to make basic site updates or changes on an ongoing basis if they choose. If clients are interested in this self-maintenance option, basic SquareSpace training is provided as a part of our service.
